RULES AND REGULATIONS CODE FOR ALL REGISTERED MEMBERS OF YNAAC

• All posts and conversations on our platforms should focus on  achieving the aims and objectives of YNAAC

•Religious posts is prohibited. Religious sentiment and tribalism is highly prohibited. YNAAC is not a Muslim club, YNAAC is not a Christian club, YNAAC is not an Ecahist club. YNAAC belongs to every member of YNAAC.

•All members must love themselves and respect each others privacy

• Adverts, facebook, WhatsApp, IG,tiktok)or sticker, youtubes link and websites from external body is prohibited. Defaulters will be dismissed from all YNAAC platforms

• Any member reported abusing a fellow member especially (an exco)with evidence will be suspended from the club three (3) months, he or she will be treated with contempte_ 

• _Hostile behavior and malevolence (keeping malice and gossiping) is highly prohibited among members. Defaulters will suspended, with all entitlement canceled_
 
• _Failure to answer the register for one month without any reasonable excuse will lead to an immediate removal and dismissal of the default member from the club_.

• _Any member defaulting in paying monthly dues of one thousand naira (#1000) will not get any assistance or support from the club_.

• _All members must be active in all our platforms. Participate in every activities, be punctual in attending meetings, listen to voice notes on our platforms, comment vitally to encourage others_. 


• _Acquaintanceship (relationships, fraternization) and friendship is allow among members, sexual harassment and abuse is prohibited. Defaulters will be dismissed from the family with all entitlement withdrawn_. 

• _The us of hard drugs such as cocaine,heroin,amphetamine, marijuana etc is prohibited among(especially ) female members. Defaulters will sanctioned and dismissed from the family with all entailment canceled_

• _The use of stickers and emoji is prohibited from YNAAC platfoms nationwide. Defaulters will be fine the sum of  one thousand naira(#1000)_.
 
• _The Club ID card is compulsory and necessary for all members. It shows you identified with the family_ 

• _Of no account should any member exit the platform or stop attending meetings due to anger. If you are found guilty, the fine is five thousand (5000) before restatement. Refusal to pay within the space of one week will leads to suspension of the victim from the club with all entitlements and benefits canceled_.

• _All members must work and fight to defend and protect the interests, aim and objectives of the club. Issues bothering should be reported to the welfare team member_

• _All chapters must report back to the national coordinator to maintain the spirit of oneness, orderliness and  appropriatecy in the club_. 

• _Security is everyone's responsibility_. Report anyone suspected or observe carrying out illegal activities within and outside the club to any of the Disciplinary team (DT) members. 

• _No member is allowed to creat a platfom or do anything with the name of the organization without the knowledge, permission or approval the executives and the president. Defaulters will be sanctioned and dismissed from the family with all entitlement canceled_

• _Lastly, monthly Rendezvous (a get together meeting) is a must and necessary for every members. As it will strengthen relationship and intimacy among members and also enhance the growth and progress of the club_.
