ONLINE MEETING

_Responses From The national President On The Lagos State Chapter Online Meeting Held On Saturday November 20th, 2024_

_Firstly I want thank God/Allah for this phase and stage of of our noble club. It will only get better as we maintain resilient and keep aims and objectives in focus. I will continue to remain and maintain accessibility,transpiracy and availability as the front line person._  

_Secondly, I want thank and sternly appreciate everyone who participated on that meeting. Every voice notes and comments was never gone unread and my responses is as followed_

1• _Plans to have physical meeting with all esteem and functional executives is already been discussed by the management. It will be well communicated as the month progresses. Thank you_

2• _According to the good book(Ecclesiastes 8:12NLB) *"When a crime is not punished quickly, people feel it is safe to do wrong"*.To avoid members Leveraging on excempting from meetings the fine to pay five thousand niara(#5000)remains standing. Pontailiy to meeting (both online and physical) must be prioritize by members as stated in code 9 of the club rules and regulations. I encourage every members to keep the foundation of our noble strong for it determines the future of the club. Thank you_ 

3• _Functional executives(position holders executives) are to pay ten thousand naira (10,000) for YNAAC ID card. Non executives members are to pay fifteen thousand naira (#15,000) for the ID card. Note, the management will request and checked the validity of the ID card before giving any entitled benefits. Thank you_ 

4• _The activities of the club across the country will fully commence(lectures, entitlement benefits, monthly dues, movie making etc) immediately after the official opening/inauguration ceremony. Date:Saturday 20th December 2024. The maximum of two thousand naira(#2000) should be donated to enhance success of the ceremony. Thank you_ 

5• _All lectures will be basically focus on entertainment(acting) creativity and healthy living. Roster/lecture timetable is currently been drafted by the management body_ Thank you 

6• _Appointment of registered members into executives (leadership) position is still on. Interested members are to go through available positions and choose an office of interest guidance is been giving by the platfom administrators. Appointed executives are encouraged to collaborate with platfom administrators. Collectively we can make our prestigious club an interesting one. Thank you_

_Once again I want to thank everyone (both members and executives)who participated. I encourage you to remain resilient and keep club objectives, monthly agenda and aims in focus. Members commitment and dedication is been checked on daily bases._ Thank you
